For the Mystery Box, the reward is selected at random after the qualifying action. The 24-hour period applies to the box itself, while the 7-day period applies to the free spins and their winnings. Keep both deadlines in mind when you claim it.

How wagering and game contribution work
Across the offers, wagering is taken from your real-money balance first. The wagering requirement is calculated on bonus bets only, and the amount that counts can depend on the game you choose. This means the amount you stake and the amount that contributes to the requirement may differ.

A withdrawal request while an active or pending bonus is attached to your account cancels that bonus. Any winnings generated from it are also void if the wagering conditions have not been completed in full before the request.
